All of Hang Ups Jewelry Design’s items are hand made and may vary slightly from the photo shown.


Item(s) ordered will be shipped in 1 to 2 days upon receipt of payment. All shipping is done through the US Postal Service and timing and cost will vary on location item will be shipped to.

For custom pieces – each piece will be hand-crafted upon receipt of payment, please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your custom piece. Please remember that each piece is hand-made from vintage/ repurposed items and may have imperfections add to the charm of the finished piece.

Each item is a one-of-a-kind piece and may not be able to be replicated to create multiple pieces that are identical. In some instances some pieces may be able to be created that are similar if you want multiple pieces. Please contact us at for more information.

If materials needed to create the piece need to be ordered or are not in stock then we will notify you as to when the piece will be able to be completed and shipped to you.


We can’t refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy. Please email us at and we’ll see what we can do. if the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.

You may return any non-custom piece for store credit, minus shipping costs. For store credit, your non-custom piece must be in its original condition and returned to us within 1 month of its purchase date. Please email us at or click on the return button to initiate your return.


Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated.


We accept online payment via paypal accounts. If you wish to purchase a product and don’t have a paypal account please contact us at so we can work out another method of payment.


Missouri residents are required to pay a 8.1% sales tax on all purchases.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
