Wholesale Policies

ORDERS

  • Minimum order $300.
  • Minimum reorder $200.
  • Lead time 2-3 weeks.
  • Orders taken via email, phone, or online at hangupsjewelry.com.

PAYMENT

  • Credit card or Paypal for all first time orders. Payment must be cleared into our account before the order is shipped. Paypal address: info@hangupsjewelry.com.
  • All prices in US Dollars.

SHIPPING

  • All items shipped USPS unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Shipping Costs: Domestic – $20, International orders & orders over $400 will be quoted shipping prices based on weight.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • No returns or exchanges. If an item is damaged upon receipt from us it may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Once order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel. After 24 hours you will be responsible for 50% of your total order.

 

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

  • Our instrument parts led exciting and productive lives before retirement therefore they often have slight imperfections. Each instrument is different therefore there will be slight differences in size and style of parts.

  • All of our products are hand-crafted individually in our Kansas City Studios. There will be slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make each piece special and truly one-of-a-kind.
