These earrings began as part of a clarinet that could no longer be played.
Through a partnership with Band of Angels, a non-profit that collects donated instruments and gives them to kids in need, the pieces that cannot be repaired come to my Powell, Ohio studio. I cut them, shape them, and turn them into wearable art, one piece at a time.
No two pairs are identical. The natural variation in each retired instrument means the patina, tone, and surface character of your pair will be entirely your own.
Wear them to rehearsal, to the office, or to a concert. They will start a conversation every single time.
